Trakstar is seeking a Human Resources Generalist for its expanding HR department.  The right candidate will partner with the Senior Manager of Human Resources on initiatives that support recruitment and onboarding, talent management, performance management, change management, policy implementation, employment law compliance, and employee relations.

What you’ll do:

You will: 

  • Adeptly handle recruitment, new hire onboarding, and offboarding activities.
  • Create and maintain employee records.
  • Serve as the primary contact for benefits-related activities including open enrollment.
  • Attend to the day-to-day HR activities of the organization.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. 
  • Maintain compliance with, and up-to-date knowledge of, federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
  • Partner with the Senior Manager of Human Resources on all HR initiatives designed to support the needs of our growing, dynamic organization.

Your qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration, human resources, or related field
  • HR certification required (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP)
  • 5-7 years of HR experience 
  • 3-5 years of benefits administration experience 
  • Retirement plan administration experience a plus

Compensation:

  • Competitive salary based on experience
  • Range $60,000-$75,000 annual compensation
